The Club Car Carryall 500 Lithium is a tough, quiet and efficient utility vehicle built for everyday work. With zero-maintenance lithium power, strong load capacity, faster charging and dependable performance, it’s ready to get the job done.
The Club Car Carryall 500 Lithium combines proven Carryall durability with the efficiency, performance and simplicity of modern lithium-ion power. Designed for demanding commercial environments, it provides a quiet, zero-emission utility solution for golf courses, resorts, councils, facilities, campuses and professional grounds-maintenance operations.
Powered by a 48-volt 3-phase AC drive system producing up to 21.4 hp (16 kW) peak power, the Carryall 500 Lithium delivers strong low-speed torque for hill climbing, towing and everyday utility work. It offers speeds of up to 31 km/h and a vehicle-rated capacity of 544 kg, including an impressive 363 kg cargo-bed capacity.
The Vanguard lithium battery requires no watering, terminal cleaning or routine battery maintenance, helping reduce servicing requirements and vehicle downtime. Lithium models also charge up to 40% faster than comparable lead-acid models, while providing consistent performance throughout the charge cycle. Club Car backs the lithium battery with a 5-year limited battery warranty.
Built around Club Car’s durable automotive-grade aluminium frame, the Carryall 500 is designed for long service life with excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.
With its generous aluminium cargo bed and wide range of available accessories, the Carryall 500 Lithium can be configured for everything from turf and facility maintenance to transport, tools and general utility duties—providing a practical, efficient alternative to conventional petrol-powered work vehicles.
